Prior to any rental application being accepted a credit application will be required to fill out. Pine Valley will submit your credit application to a third party company specializing in investigating debt of a potential resident. The reason for requiring this credit report is to confirm you are able to meet the monthly rental obligation upon assuming residency in the community. Typically your credit report is submitted to Transunion for their review and recommendation.

Value
Our homes are individually owned and maintained by the homeowner. The homeowner is required to maintain their home to the park community standards.
Rental Homes
If you are unable to own your own home, the park community has a selection of singlewides and doublewides to consider renting. There may be an opportunity to enter into a lease purchase agreement with the community to secure home ownership.
Safety
Our community has street lights throughout the community brightening our streets and offering well lit roadways. Additionally, Pine Valley has an onsite community manager to assist you during your time of residency.

Every resident goes through the same application process. This is to ensure that our rules and regulations are met by all . Our neighbors deserve the highest standards without being overly controlled and that is what Pine Valley provides.
Included with your Lot
Each lot includes off street parking for two vehicles. The roads in our community are asphalt paved and plowed during winter storms.
Payment of Your Rent
You have the opportunity to pay your monthly rent on line or by mail. If you are unfamiliar with how to set up an online account for yourself for payment of rent, our representative are more than willing to assist you.
